What is my termination benefit?
You will be entitled to a monthly retirement benefit equal to the retirement benefit that you have accrued. This retirement benefit may commence on the first day of any month following the month in which you reach age 55.

Can the value of my retirement benefit be transferred out of the Plan? Where?
Yes, if under age 55, to:
A. another registered pension plan,
B. a locked-in retirement account, or
C. an insurance company, to purchase an immediate or deferred annuity.
